This is a place to describe your Cancellation and Refund Policy to buyers.

- Deposit is refundable within 7 days of booking, after this no refund is possible regardless of circumstance

- Trip payments are only refundable due to emergencies up to one month before the trip. After this time, no refund is allowed as I will not be able to recover costs already covered for the trip service

- No refund will be granted due to failure to plan flight accordingly or acquire necessary visas
